Rugby Heaven

.

The offending shirt.

EDINBURGH: Scotland was mistakenly selling T-shirts boasting of beating England before their Six Nations rugby clash this weekend.

The Scottish Rugby Union online retailer Greaves Sports made an incorrect selection in stock, re-releasing T-shirts made after the 2008 win at Murrayfield which read: "Calcutta Cup. Scotland. Winners."

The shirts went on sale on Friday, and the mistake was fixed on Monday.

Greaves Sports hoped the error proves to be a good omen, so the T-shirts could be put on sale again after Saturday's match.

England last won at Murrayfield in 2004.
