Batman reviews start to come in - London Free Press (blog)

This week belongs to Batman, as the focus of the pop-culture world shifts to the release of The Dark Knight Rises on Thursday at midnight.

Bruce Kirkland gave the third chapter of Christoper Nolan's trilogy a very positive review, which you can read here.

Nolan has done a good job, but his movies are a bit too bleak for my tastes. In my mind, Michael Keaton will always be Batman.

Besides, at the rate Hollywood is going, we won't have to wait long before the Batman franchise is rebooted yet again.
