US diplomatic staff and families out of Tunis and Khartoum - Agenzia Giornalistica Italia

(AGI) Washington - Non essential US diplomatic personnel and their families have been recalled from the embassies of Tunis and Khartoum. The State Department advised all Americans to leave Tunis and not to visit Sudan and, especially, Darfur, the Blue Nile region and southern Kordufan. Washington fears reprisals for a movie, "Innocence of Muslims" made in the US and considered blasphemous by Muslims around the word. . .
