The beauty, 27, wore a ring in the top of her ear, a bar through the middle, then a gem design and a stud in the earlobe.
Scarlett hit the red carpet for the UK premiere of Avengers Assemble last night at Vue Westfield in West London.
She was joined by her male co-stars Robert Downey Jr and Jeremy Renner.
She stars as Black Widow in the superhero flick — and she revealed how she slimmed to fit into her character's slinky catsuit.
She said: "You're training, so you eat a lot of green things."
Sounds like a heroic effort...
